MIZAN “AVRASYA” IN STORES NOW!
MIZAN’s “My Ýstanbul” track / videoclip was presented in summer of 2007 in Turkey as pre-promotion of their upcoming new album to be released in 2008 and got big success in alternative press, radio and tv stations with heavy rotation and chart entries. Now in May, the long awaited album entitled “AVRASYA” is now stores in Turkey nationwide through Hammer Muzik.
MIZAN, whose motto is to create “Music that links the heart of Europe with the Edge of Asia”, are successfully bringing together eastern and western influences in their 2nd album under the alternative rock genre.
In “AVRASYA” album, alongside the big hit track “My Istanbul” and its Turkish version “Istanbulum”, potential hit songs such as “Waiting On A Sign” which has been chosen as the 2nd single of the album; authentic cover of Sultan Abdal’s “Gecti Dost Kervani” which Mizan has recorded for Turkish music listeners especially and “I’m Afraid Of Americans” cover by David Bowie; are included.
During the recording sessions which took place in band’s home country and abroad; talented musicians have also added different flavors to the production. Within its rich sound structure; rock music coupled up with eastern melodies, unique sound of Saz, oriental percussion is founding a perfect base for English and Turkish lyrics.

LET IT FLOW “MEANINGS” COMING OUT IN JUNE!
Izmir’s atmospheric dark metal band LET IT FLOW’s second album; follow up to the critically acclaimed debut “Momentary Touches To The Depths” is planned for a release in late June!
Between December 2007 and February 2008; LET IT FLOW recorded their 13 brand new songs; which they have worked hardly on writing and composing for over a year’s time; at Ant Music Studios / Izmir / Turkey. The band have entitled their new album as “Meanings”. The new songs in “Meanings” album have a more mature and original structure than before.

Having various line up changes follow up to release of their debut album, band has decided to continue as a 4 piece and with male main vocals, however in “Meanings” album Ozlem Akpinar is accompanying the band as guest female vocalist in 3 songs. Band has also enriched its sound with using a chamber orchestra and authentic instruments such as Bendir in some of the songs. Especially the orchestral version of “Sitting On The Quay” is one of the songs in the album that will catch interest..
The first videoclip from the album has been shot for the potential hit song “Grey Man”. Videoclip production was made by Ya Da film company and was directed by Nüvit Bingol. Videoclip shall be serviced to metal music programmes and internet channels (youtube, myspace tv etc.) right before the release of the album.

NEW ALEV ALBUM OUT NOW!
After parting ways with original vocalist Alev Lenz, German band Alev was joined by new vocalist Alexandra Jenzen and they have did a small tour in Turkey last year. Having been silent for a while, the band was working on their 2nd album which has been completed a while ago. The recordings of the album were done at Lungfull studios and and it has been mastered at the famous Masterdisk studios in NY by Roger Lian (Limp Bizkit, Stained). Band's selftitled 2nd album is released first in Turkey by Hammer Muzik now. The first single has been chosen as "At The Right Time" and a videoclip was shot by Thomas Garber () . Videoclip is now in rotation Turkish music channels and also available on Myspace Videos. The full tracklist of the album which consists of 11 songs is as below.

ERGIN ALTINEL "GIDENLERIN ARDINDAN" IS OUT NOW!
ERGIN ALTINEL; guitarist and founding member of Bandaj; the legendary rock group from 80's is back in the music scene with his first solo album "GIDENLERIN ARDINDAN".
ERGIN ALTINEL's debut album features 11 tracks that showcase artist's 30 years of musical career with both compositions from Bandaj era and also the recent works.
Having performed live in front of a big audience as the opening act for Joe Satriani concert in Istanbul this summer, Ergin ALTINEL leads the listeners to an emotional musical journey with his perfect guitar technique and virtuosity.
The album was produced, recorded at Studyo Utopya and mixed at ATM Studios by Tarkan GOZUBUYUK (PENTAGRAM) whose former works include top-selling albums such as SEBNEM FERAH, MOR VE OTESI etc. The album has been mastered by Caglar Turkmen at Sestrem studios.
